SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We are committed to processing and shipping every order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS.

Estimated delivery times for in-stock items within the United States are generally 2–5 business days after shipment but are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of BANK's control.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system and may begin processing immediately.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee modifications, cancellations, or address changes after an order has been submitted.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any applicable handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

BANK is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to request a return, products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and meet the following conditions:

• Product must be new, unused, and unopened

• Product must remain in its original packaging

• Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

• Product must not show signs of use, testing, tampering, contamination, or damage

All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a refund is issued.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity requirements, opened, used, tested, or contaminated products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Builder Gels

• Base Gels

• Top Coats

• Primers

• Cleansers

• Liquids

• Nail Products with broken seals or opened packaging

BANK reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Sale items, discounted products, promotional products, limited-edition collections, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless otherwise required by law.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by BANK, such as receiving an incorrect item.

Refunds are processed only after the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved.

Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

RESTOCKING & HANDLING FEES

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking and handling fee of up to 20% of the product value.

If returned products do not meet return requirements, BANK reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount accordingly.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

BANK is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost packages

• Delivery exceptions

• Weather-related delays

• Shipping damage occurring during transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly and retain all original packaging materials so we may assist you with a carrier claim when applicable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with international shipping and importation.

Delivery estimates for international orders are not guaranteed and may vary significantly based on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & FEES

International orders may be subject to:

• Customs Duties

• Import Taxes

• VAT Charges

• Brokerage Fees

• Customs Clearance Fees

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not included in the shipping cost charged by BANK.

The customer is solely responsible for all customs-related fees and charges.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for:

• Customs duties and taxes

• Compliance with local import regulations

• Product import restrictions within their country

• Delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures

• Any fees imposed by customs authorities

BANK does not guarantee that products comply with local regulations, ingredient restrictions, labeling requirements, or import standards outside the United States.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to customs regulations, international shipping costs, and carrier limitations, international orders are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation once shipped.

All international sales are final.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RISKS

Once an international order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BANK is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Customs delays

• Customs holds

• Customs destruction or confiscation

• Refused deliveries

• Carrier delays

• Damaged shipments

• Failed delivery attempts

• Import restrictions in the destination country

• Additional customs charges

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

BANK shall not be liable for any losses, damages, delays, fees, or expenses resulting from:

• Shipping carrier delays

• Customs processing delays

• Customs duties, taxes, or fees

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Import restrictions imposed by the destination country

• Refused or abandoned shipments

• Events outside of BANK's reasonable control
